Site Supervisor – Facility Management (Sydney)

The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee multiple small to medium projects across our client sites in Sydney. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to engage subcontractors, and clear client communication. Experience using Aroflo or similar job management systems will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of maintenance, compliance checks, and minor renovation works

Manage subcontractor engagement and ensure safety/compliance on site

Liaise with clients to provide updates and resolve issues effectively

Use Aroflo (or similar) to manage schedules, reporting, and project documentation

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

About You

Trade background (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or similar) with strong site experience

Previous supervisory or leading hand experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance

Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

Excellent communication with both clients and trades

Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe work practices
