**About the Opportunity:**
As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our Knock Down Rebuild team. Fairmont Homes NSW is a multi-award-winning builder, including being named 3 time Winner of the HIA Professional Medium Builder. With display homes located in Emerald Hills (Leppington), Oran Park and Bowral (coming soon), you'll be joining a company with a strong track record of success.

**The Role:**
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring all homes are completed to display home standards and delivered on time. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of site management
- Leading and communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Coordinating with office staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Bringing energy, confidence, and organizational skills to the role
- A strong network of trades in the Sydney area is a plus

**What We're Looking For:**
- Trade qualification
- In-depth knowledge of the building industry
- Strong leadership, communication,
- Great time management skills
- Ability to liaise with clients and manage on-site activities
- Organized and proactive in managing your workload
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
- Valid Construction White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current Australian driver's licence (essential for site visits)
