We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with proven Sydney Water project experience to take the lead on-site, delivering high-quality results while managing and mentoring your crew.

What you'll be doing:

Supervising all on-site operations across Sydney Water infrastructure projects

Leading crews and subcontractors in sewer, potable water, and stormwater pipeline installation

Interpreting and applying Sydney Water Codes, WSA standards, DBYD, and service location drawings

Managing schedules, resources, and site logistics to meet compliance and quality expectations

Ensuring strict adherence to Sydney Water inspection and testing requirements

Coordinating closely with Project Managers, Sydney Water Representatives, and Engineers

Driving daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, safety walk-throughs, and mentoring your team

What You'll Bring:

Sydney Water Key Personnel status (or eligibility) is highly desirable

Minimum 5 years' experience working on Sydney Water projects, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership and crew management skills

Proven expertise in underground utility installation: sewer mains, water mains, and stormwater

Ability to interpret and apply Sydney Water codes, drawings, and specifications

Current White Card

Thorough knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety management

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Current driver's licence
