Marketing/Account Manager.
At Social Start-up Labs, we’re not your typical marketing team. We’re a tight-knit unit of creative strategists and campaign experts helping social enterprises, start-ups, founders, and household brands launch, scale, and raise capital.
From sustainability pioneers to breakthrough health-tech platforms, our campaigns span everything from equity crowdfunding and product launches to content-driven growth for high-impact ventures. We’ve helped raise millions in capital, built loyal digital communities from scratch, and worked on nationally recognised campaigns, all with a team of just three. Now we're looking for our fourth team member.
What this role is: This is a rare opportunity to step into a marketing coordinator role within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working alongside some of Australia’s most innovative brands in the capital raising and marketing space.

About the Role - Account Manager/Marketing Coordinator.
You'll be leading the day-to-day delivery of social media, digital content, client reporting, and multi-channel campaigns, including capital raising, crowdfunding, and investment marketing.
We are open to remote working for the right individual. We’re looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented who is happy to learn about the role in a fast-paced environment
Your time will be split across three key areas:
Social Media Management
Ongoing campaign and client management
Email marketing and copywriting
Social Media Management
Schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook (and other relevnt platforms)
Manage content calendars, community engagement, and growth strategies.
Coordinate with our senior graphic designer to produce high-performing content.
Campaign & Client Management
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including product launches, crowdfunding, and investment rounds).
Act as day-to-day lead for client accounts, owning communication, reporting, and delivery timelines.
Ensure campaigns meet KPIs, budgets, and brand tone.
Manage and schedule strategic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Actively reporting to clients and maintaining excellent relationships with them.
Create and edit visual assets using tools like Canva, maintaining brand consistency.
Email Marketing & Copywriting
Write compelling email flows and newsletters (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Develop sharp, on-brand copy for ads, landing pages, and organic content.
Help shape messaging strategies that drive results and resonate with target audiences
About You

Our preferred candidate will have experience in:
Experience in copywriting, digital content creation, marketing, publishing or PR.
An understanding of social media platforms, email marketing and digital marketing.
Keen attention to detail, you catch errors others miss and maintain quality standards consistently
Clear, direct communicator, you ask questions and provide updates without micromanagement
Experience working with automation tools, Meta and Google Ads is a bonus.
