The Role:
Join a transformative digital health initiative as a Business Analyst, working on a large-scale CRM upgrade for a state-wide healthcare platform. Reporting to the Manager, Medical Delivery Systems, you'll support the delivery of strategic enhancements aligned with the organisation's Digital Roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories ready for Dynamics 365 / Power Platform builds
• Design process flows and ensure clear, accessible documentation
• Liaise with architects, developers, and testers for seamless delivery
• Conduct smoke testing and support training for end users
• Manage sprint boards, dashboards, and lifecycle of user stories

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex ICT environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Platform & Power Automate
• Working knowledge of BABOK and Agile delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• CBAP certification highly regarded
