Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a small & tidy portfolio w/ Assistance
• Tenant & Owner Communications
• Prepare forms and other admin duties
• Entry and exit condition reports
• Maintenance and repairs
• NO QCAT, Trust Acc, Leasing required!

Skills and experience required for the role:

• Ideally 12 months of experience in a similar role
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
