About the role
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties within the Brisbane Inner Northern suburbs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a supportive and collaborative team.
What you'll be doing
Effectively managing a portfolio of 100 residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, tenant management, and maintenance coordination
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords
Handling all aspects of the leasing process, including advertising, conducting viewings, and processing new tenancy applications
Promptly addressing tenant queries and resolving any issues that may arise
Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner
Providing advice and recommendations to landlords on market conditions, rental pricing, and property improvements
Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in the Brisbane market
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Familiarity with relevant real estate laws and regulations, including tenancy and property management legislation
Proficient in using property management software and digital platforms
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
A valid real estate license or registration in Queensland
