Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of a residential portfolio

Coordinating maintenance, open homes, inspections, and lease renewals

Providing prompt, professional communication to landlords and tenants

Managing arrears and ensuring compliance

Completing entry, exit, and routine condition reports

What You'll Need:

QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management

Experience with PropertyMe and IRE

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
