This position is offered working Monday-Thursday with the potential to move to full time. Royal Far West has offices based in Manly, NSW but the position could be worked from home and full training and IT equipment will be provided.

Reporting to the Schools & Early Years Operations Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for Schools & Early Years Services and ensuring RFW provides high quality, client-centred and timely support to clients.

Working closely with the multi-disciplinary clinical teams, the Schools & Early Years Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring services are running well, sessions and staff are well-supported, and interactions with our clients are of the highest standard.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a coordination, customer service or administrative role.
  • High quality customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work flexibly and autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to self-manage and be resilient to multiple stakeholder demands.
  • A proactive and action driven attitude with proven problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to navigate and operate multiple complex computer systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Present as professional and confident in preparing for and presenting to external groups and individuals.
  • A demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, confidentiality, initiative, and diplomacy.
  • Understanding and focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Desirable Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in public health, health promotion or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating staff to client needs (appointment booking, scheduling, resources etc.).
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector, health and/or education sectors.
  • An understanding of the therapeutic work of allied health professionals
  • An interest in child development and rural issues.
