We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Sydney team. This role is all about delivering exceptional aftercare and ensuring every client’s final interaction with us is just as special as their first.
This is a part-time role (Monday–Wednesday) with the opportunity to expand into full-time as our business grows. Best of all, there are no late nights, no weekends, and plenty of career pathways across Sydney, Melbourne, NYC, and LA.

What you’ll do

• Be the key contact for clients after their purchase, providing warm, professional service at every step
• Coordinate appointment schedules and logistics with clients and partners
• Prepare gowns for collection (including steaming and presentation)
• Oversee gown collection appointments, ensuring each client receives a luxury, memorable experience
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Support stock management and coordinate deliveries
• Resolve concerns calmly and professionally, leaving a lasting positive impression

What we’re looking for

• 2–3+ years’ customer service or retail experience (luxury fashion or premium service industries a plus)
• A natural people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Calm, solutions-focused and professional in every situation
• Bonus: technical knowledge of garment construction or basic sewing
