About the Role:
We're after a hands-on Transport Coordinator who can keep freight moving smoothly and chase new business. If you know logistics, love juggling drivers and loads, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, this is for you.
What You'll Do:
Schedule & coordinate daily metro/regional transport
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) requirements
Allocate loads & track deliveries
Chase leads, prep quotes & grow new business
Handle logistics admin & compliance
Prepare invoices
Represent us professionally
What You Bring:
2+ years in transport/logistics coordination
Confident communicator & negotiator
Knowledge of routing & load planning
Self-driven with basic MS Office & logistics software skill
Customer service experience
Business development experience required
