At Novus, we’re growing! We’re on the lookout for driven recruiters who want to build a career in the Sydney technology market.

You’ll join a specialist team that’s been recruiting Software Developers & DevOps Engineers in Sydney for a combined 20 years. This is the market we live and breathe - meaning if you started tomorrow, you’d have live roles to work on before your first coffee… and a commission structure of up to 40% (no threshold) to go with it.

We’re hiring two types of roles:

Recruitment Consultant (360)

Run a full desk specialising in perm Software Development / DevOps.

Build new client relationships through proactive outreach.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to placement.

Delivery Consultant (Pure Delivery)

Focus purely on sourcing and delivering top tech talent.

Build deep candidate networks in software engineering and DevOps.

Partner closely with consultants to fill live roles.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ recruitment experience (ideally in Software Dev / DevOps market).

Confident, persuasive communication and a natural ability to influence.

A self-motivated, target-driven mindset.

Interest in technology, digital transformation, and data-driven industries.
