Recruitment Consultant - Sydney - Permanent Contract

East Bridge Recruitment are interviewing now to expand our team within our Healthcare sector, based at our main office in Sydney on a permanent contract. We are looking to recruit a recruitment Consultant to join the team and take over the running of a warm desk of healthcare clients.

Duties of the recruitment consultant will include:

Working closely with your clients, delivering excellent customer service and quick turnaround for delivery of candidates

Resourcing for your clients by calling potential candidates, interviewing face to face, registering and emailing

Building a pipeline of temporary candidates for future temporary requirements

Carrying out compliance and right to work checks on candidates prior to placing them into jobs

Recording daily activity of your clients using our reporting systems

Out of office hours on-call duties on a rota with the rest of the team

New business development

Experience and skills required for the Recruitment Consultant:

Confident and friendly attitude wishing to deliver an excellent customer service

Relationship building skills

A bachelor degree in the relevant study is required OR 5 years of relevant experience which can substitute the formal qualification

1 year of work experience is required as a recruitment consultant

Confident manner speaking to clients and customers over the phone and face to face

Excellent IT skills including Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Indeed job board (desired but not essential)

The ability to work under pressure

The Recruitment Consultant role is an office-based role and working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
