An established Gold Coast accounting firm is looking for a Reception / Administration Assistant to join their growing team. Ideal for someone with at least 12 months of accounting / professional services admin experience who wants to work in a supportive, professional, but relaxed environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, provide essential administrative support, and be part of a workplace that truly invests in its people.

What They’re Looking For:
Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role in accounting
Excellent attention to detail, strong work standards
Familiarity or willingness to learn ATO & ASIC processes
Genuine desire to build a long-term career in accounting
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality admin support across accounting divisions
Prepare invoices, client correspondence, documentation
Manage client queries by phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance (ATO/ASIC)
Track workflow to meet deadlines
Assist with ad hoc tasks and contribute to process improvements
