About the Role:

We are currently recruiting Male and Female staff to work specifically with high-needs clients. Duties include:

· Provide individual/s involved with direct support and compassion.

· Be supportive to not only the clients but their family and support network.

· It’s important you are client focused and willing to always provide person-centered care.

· Accurately complete reports, progress notes and shift handovers as required.

· Willingness to work on overnight shifts if required.

· Willingness to work with clients that require personal care.

Highly Desirable Skills and Experience (or willingness to obtain quickly):

· Manual Handling

· Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) Training / Knowledge

· C-Pap Ventilator Training / Knowledge

· Medication Administration

· Diabetes Training / Knowledge

· Dysphagia Training / Knowledge

· Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

Must Have:

· Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)

· Current First Aid and CPR

· Current NDIS worker screening (Yellow card)

· Current Working with Children check (Blue card)

· Current Drivers License

· Reliable Vehicle and Full Comprehensive Insurance
