We’re Venue Smart, a fintech company with a growing national network. Based at our Varsity Lakes head office, we’re scaling quickly and need someone detail-focused, proactive, and accountable to help us keep pace.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our CEO, CFO, and COO while also taking ownership of the systems and processes that help us grow. You’ll balance executive support, business operations, office coordination, and franchisee onboarding, ensuring the details are right and the wheels keep turning.
A Snapshot of What You’ll Do
Manage executive support: calendars, meetings, board papers, and confidential communications.
Coordinate franchisee onboarding and compliance with lawyers and franchisees.
Maintain SharePoint and documentation systems to keep information accurate and accessible.
Oversee office operations: supplies, visitors, events, and day-to-day running.
Provide project support for executive initiatives, events and training days.

About You
You’ll bring:
3–5 years’ experience in executive support, senior administration, or business operations.
High attention to detail, with proven ability to be accountable for outcomes.
A proactive approach — you'll spot what needs to be done and get it done.
Strong communication skills, with confidence with engaging executives and external stakeholders.
Experience in balancing hands-on admin with systems/process improvement.
