Based in Rocklea, QLD, you’ll be the driving force behind our outbound prospecting and new business development, connecting with transport operators, schools, councils, and fleet owners across Australia.

You’ll represent premium global brands like King Long and I-Bus (powered by Isuzu) — helping customers modernise and electrify their fleets while earning great rewards for your results.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll:

Make outbound calls to new and existing customers nationwide

Identify key decision-makers and uncover new sales opportunities

Build long-term client relationships and manage your pipeline in the CRM

Convert marketing leads into qualified sales appointments

Collaborate with the wider sales team to deliver tailored transport solutions

This role suits someone who’s confident on the phone, thrives on connection, and loves achieving — and exceeding — targets.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Results-driven and self-motivated with a professional, energetic style

CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce an advantage)

Background in automotive, transport, or equipment sales (desirable but not essential)
