Disability Support Worker – Inactive Sleepover Shifts

About the Role

Provide overnight support and reassurance to people with disability during inactive sleepover shifts

Assist clients with their morning routines prior to shift handover

Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants

Uphold NDIS standards and organizational values at all times

About You

Genuine commitment to supporting people with disability to live independently and with dignity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, professional, and able to work autonomously

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)

Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s license preferred but not essential
