Great opportunity with an Australia leader in paper converting as a casual Maintenance Manager. Role involves coordinating a team of fitters to ensure scheduled Maintenace is completed, and break downs are minimal. Hours would range between 6am to 6pm with flexibility depending on site needs. Managerial experience is not essential as the production manager would also assist so could be your next step as qualified fitter looking to grow. A key to that growth is experience and exceptional communication skills to lead the team. Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and high-speed converting equipment. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Although the role is initially casual for the right candidate it may become a fulltime role.
