3 days per week part time accounts / office admin role.
73,500 (pro rata to 3 days) meaning $44,100 for 3 days.
May suit a student studying a business degree at university who would like to do 3 days of office work per week whilst studying. Or may suit someone who only wants to work part time.
This role is based in Wetherill Park with no option to work from home. One of the work days per week must be a Friday.
The start date is 3rd of November. The expectation is you would work across December and January (except for public holidays).
The duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering the Finance team phone calls and customer service queries
Processing payments from customers
Setting up new debtor accounts including trade reference checks and maintaining a good relationship with both Go Vita members and Independent health food stores
Calling store members each month regarding store payments
Invoicing monthly charges to Go Vita stores
Completing customer store credits and returns. Speaking to customers over the phone about their credit requests.
Invoicing customers
Preparing payment batches (accounts payable)
Ad Hoc support for the finance team when requested
Back up for Customer Service
The following skills and attributes are desired
The confidence to answer a ringing phone and be able to communicate well with the customer.
A willingness to learn.
Accounts receivable and payable experience preferred but not essential.
Bookkeeping experience preferred but not essential.
Proficient with Windows based applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
Good with numbers and attention to detail
An interest in the finance / accounting function
