Operations & HR Manager (with NDIS Experience)

We are partnering with a lovely NDIS and aged care provider in Parramatta to source an experienced Operations & HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team and work directly with the business owner in a role that combines leadership, HR, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and office coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Manage rostering and scheduling of staff in line with NDIS and client needs
• Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management
• Support staff with complaints, issues, and conflict resolution in a professional manner
• Collaborate closely with the owner on planning, business improvements, and strategic growth
• Ensure NDIS compliance, reporting, and documentation are maintained to the highest standard
• Contribute to staff development, training, and retention initiatives

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in the NDIS sector (essential)
• Strong background in HR and operations, ideally within health, care, or social services
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Professionalism, empathy, and discretion when managing sensitive issues
• Confidence using rostering tools, HR/payroll systems, and NDIS reporting platforms
