We are partnering with a growing FMCG business to appoint a Finance Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in driving commercial outcomes and shaping business performance.

This is a highly visible role, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain teams to influence decision making and deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial teams to provide actionable insights across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
• Lead financial analysis to optimise pricing, promotions, and customer profitability.
• Develop and enhance reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking to support strategic initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing business planning and driving margin improvement.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/CIMA) with proven commercial finance experience in FMCG or a related industry.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing, trade spend, or customer profitability analysis.
• Commercially minded, with a track record of delivering insights that translate into measurable outcomes.
