The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in providing commercial and financial support to business leaders. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders to influence decision-making, drive efficiencies, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to operational and commercial leaders across the business.
• Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support growth and cost efficiency.
• Prepare business cases and financial models to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs.
• Ensure financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards are met.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote a culture of financial accountability.

Your Skills & Experience

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience or interest in events, media, or entertainment industries will be highly regarded.
