What You'll Do:

• Be the trusted second-in-command to the Campus Director, ensuring every child and family experiences the magic of the OAC Way.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators — shaping practices that spark lifelong learning.
• Create safe, nurturing environments where children and educators thrive.
• Build genuine connections with families, making them feel supported, heard, and at home.
• Champion quality, compliance, and wellbeing — ensuring your campus shines as a leader in early education.

About You

• A Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
• 2-3 years' experience in early childhood leadership.
• A love for coaching teams, building relationships, and inspiring excellence.
• A belief that education should be meaningful, fun, and transformative.
• Strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing in everyday practice.
