We are seeking a dedicated and experienced, friendly Early Childhood Assistant Director and Educational Leader to help lead our team of passionate Educators and uphold their commitment to nurturing young minds.

About the Role:
As the Assistant Director and Educational Leader, you will be a friendly face our center, supporting the Director in overseeing the daily operations and educational programs for the service. You will lead a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience. Your responsibilities will include, staff management and support, parent and child engagement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will have experience in previous roles as an Educational Leader to inspire and guide our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
Oversee innovative educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.
Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.
Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant must have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or above or ACECQA assessed equivalent.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
First Aid.
CPR.
Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
Child Protection Training.
Experience in a Assistant Director role/ 2ic role within an early childhood education setting.
Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhood and practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving educational excellence.
Experience as an Educational Leader
