Permanent Part Time Support Worker Required

We work in partnership with people and families who need individualized support services due to disability, ageing or mental ill-health. Our Support Workers work alongside people from all walks of life, giving, helping them live life the way they choose.

The role:

We're looking for Support Workers in the Claremont area to provide a mix of personal care, domestic support, and community participation. Some morning shifts start at 7:30am, with availability required on Wednesdays and Fridays. The last shift finish is 6pm.

What you'll do:

• Provide personal care, including showering (male customers included)
• Assisting with domestic tasks essential to daily living
• Deliver community and social support
• Administer medication and assist with clinical care tasks
• Work with customers living with disability, ageing, autism, and mental health needs

What you need:

• Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle this role involves travel
• A satisfactory NDIS Clearance check or willingness to obtain
• Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or Community Services (or working towards)
