About the Role:
This full-time, Monday–Friday position is ideal for a Property Manager ready to step into a rewarding new chapter. You will manage a well-maintained, local portfolio, with responsibilities including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Overseeing arrears and rental payments
- Handling lease renewals and recommending rental adjustments
- Achieving set KPIs with confidence
- Working alongside a Leasing Consultant to ensure smooth portfolio management
The portfolio size will be structured to suit your strengths, ensuring a balanced and manageable workload.
About You:
We’re seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager with:
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous Property Management experience
- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
