The Role

You'll construct and maintain exceptional landscapes, including:

Hardscaping (paving, decking, retaining walls, irrigation)

Reading and implementing landscape plans

Coordinating materials and site logistics

Leading and mentoring installers and laborer's on the team

Ensuring safety and quality standards on every project

Communicating with the client and building relationships

About You

Certificate III or IV in Landscape Construction (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years' experience in quality residential or commercial landscaping

Strong skills in hardscape construction (plant knowledge a great plus)

Ability to read plans and work independently or as part of a small team

Current driver's licence

Must hold a full car licence

Working with children check occasionally required

Happy to work around Northern suburbs most of the time with some jobs branching out across other locations in Melbourne including west and occasionally south.
