Your Local Tree Guy Pty Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Climbing Arborist / Team Leader to join our professional crew in Brisbane. If you’re passionate about trees, safety, and leading from the front, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As a Climbing Arborist / Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a small, skilled team on site

Performing advanced climbing and rigging operations

Driving and operating heavy vehicles, chippers, and equipment

Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to Australian Standards (AS4373)

Communicating with clients and representing the company professionally

What We’re Looking For

Proven climbing and arboriculture experience

Current truck licence (MR or HR preferred)

Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and teamwork

Relevant Arborist qualifications / tickets

Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently when required
