We have opportunities to work in the Sydney CBD, Inner West, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs & more. Work with premium venues across upmarket Asian, Italian, and Modern Australian cuisine. No two days are the same!
These are not your average kitchen roles — you’ll be working in brand new kitchens, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, alongside some of the best chefs and owners in the business using only the best produce. From award-winning hatted restaurants where creativity, precision, and finesse are the focus, to modern bistros, premium pubs built on pace, consistency, and flavour. Venues are offering stability & strong support systems. They value and reward leadership, creativity, and commitment.
We are seeking experienced Executive or Head Chefs with a minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership role, who bring strong people skills and a team-focused approach to building great relationships in the kitchen. You will have a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, and the leadership presence needed to inspire your team, along with solid administrative skills including costing, ordering, compliance, rostering, and HACCP. Proven ability in upmarket Asian cuisine is essential, with versatility across Italian and Modern Australian highly regarded. A driver’s license is preferred as some roles may require travel between venues, and above all, we are looking for chefs who are committed, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running.
