We are launching a new café concept in the western suburbs of Sydney, inspired by Australia’s renowned café culture and the world’s best hospitality destinations. Our goal is to set a new benchmark for quality, creativity, and guest experience — and we are seeking outstanding professionals to join us on this journey.

Head Chef
As Head Chef, you will lead our kitchen and design a produce-driven menu that celebrates seasonality, innovation, and precision. This is an opportunity to create a dining experience that rivals the very best cafés in the country while operating within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Pastry Chef
As Pastry Chef, you will craft a pastry and dessert program that is refined, distinctive, and central to the café’s identity. From artisan viennoiserie and modern plated desserts to signature creations, your work will set the tone for a truly memorable offering.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in a Head Chef or Pastry Chef role within premium cafés, restaurants, or bakeries.

A passion for excellence, consistency, and creativity.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team.
