JRM Hospitality has partnered with a leading hospitality group to find a driven and experienced Head Chef to lead the relaunch of a fast-paced and iconic Sydney venue.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented culinary professional to take ownership of a large, high-performing kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in one of Sydney's most recognisable locations.

About the Role:

• Take full responsibility for all kitchen operations, leading from the front to set and maintain high standards across the team.
• Develop and execute seasonal, creative menus showcasing premium-quality produce.
• Drive kitchen performance by mentoring, coaching, and inspiring chefs at all levels.
• Manage rostering, ordering, stock control, and food costs to achieve strong financial outcomes.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and workplace culture are consistently met.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef (or Senior Sous stepping into a Head Chef role) in a high-volume, refined venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team through busy services.
• Exceptional broad range culinary knowledge, creativity, and passion for delivering quality dishes under pressure.
• Organised, proactive, and commercially savvy with a hands-on approach.
• Eligible to work full-time in Australia (visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate).
