Harrison Barrat Group are currently representing a busy residential and commercial builder in Sydney they seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Contract Administrator to join their hard-working team based in Sydney permanently.

This role reports to the Contracts Manager, working closely together to achieve the business's strategic goals and objectives and contributing to the success of future projects.
As a key member of the team, you'll find yourself immersed in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Our client prides themselves on their down-to-earth culture and the close-knit relationships they build internally and through their projects.
Key responsibilities

• Negotiating with subcontractors
• Processing invoices & chasing payment
• Subcontract variations
• Tender review drawings
• Letting packages
• Putting together Scope of Works

Skills & Experience

• A relevant construction degree or trade background
• At least 3- 5 years’ experience working as a Contract Administrator
• Competent user of Jobpac and all other Microsoft packages
• Good attitude, eagerness to learn and initiative
