Description

This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on premium product sales, strategic business development, and value-based selling. You'll be responsible for identifying and targeting high-value customers, influencing end-user decisions, and driving adoption of Harrison's premium lubricants and additives.

The role offers national scope, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a respected brand backed by technical expertise and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in lubricants and specialty additives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients
• Apply a premium/value-based selling approach to influence end-user purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends

Profile

• Proven experience selling greases, lubricants, oils, or specialty additives and services
• Strong strategic thinking and customer targeting capabilities
• Financial acumen and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Permanent work rights in Australia
• Located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane

• $16,000 car allowance + bonus + super
