An opportunity has become available for an office administrator/receptionist to join our busy accounting practice.
Kelly & Associates is a progressive accounting and business services firm operating in the Geelong CBD. Our team has been providing professional accounting, taxation, superannuation and business solutions to our clients for over 25 years. The successful applicant will work with our experienced office administration team to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients and our business professionals. Previous experience in administration would be viewed favourably but is not essential.
The successful applicant will:
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Have a proactive and professional attitude
Exhibit high levels of integrity
Quickly learn new technologies
Our preferred candidate will have strong Excel skills.
Key responsibilities include:
ASIC annual review and compliance work
Undertaking general office administration tasks, incl. mail, banking and billing
Scanning papers and documents, data entry and database management
Assist with office communication and information
Reception duties and liaising with professional staff
