L Windows Australia Pty Ltd is a leading boutique supplier of aluminium windows and doors, proudly serving the Melbourne market for over 9 years. As we continue to grow alongside Victoria's booming construction industry, we are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a full-time Office Administrator to join our expanding team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing general office administration and reception duties

Maintaining the showroom and office presentation

Handling phone calls and email communications with clients, suppliers, and contractors

Providing comprehensive support to our sales, service, and warehouse teams

Managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Supporting ADHOC projects to streamline operations

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English and Mandarin

A confident communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner

Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role

Excellent communication and customer service skills – you’re the go-to person for our clients!

Reliable, responsible, and able to work autonomously as well as in a team

A proactive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
