We're looking for a Financial Adviser who's ready to take the next step in their career. You may have been advising for 1–4 years already and feel ready to step up from a junior role into a more independent position.
What you'll be doing
Building strong client relationships and delivering strategy-focused advice.
Taking on established relationships from our senior advisers.
Onboarding new clients from our trusted referral networks.
Growing your own network and attracting people who want to make better financial decisions.
Guiding clients through major life events:
Couples preparing for retirement.
Business owners translating their hard work into long-term family wealth.
Families upgrading their lifestyle with purpose.
What we're looking for
Experience in business development – you know how to attract and engage prospective clients.
Strong technical skills (projections, Xplan Xtools+), balanced by even stronger empathy skills – you can stand in a client's shoes before applying your technical expertise.
Confidence to work independently, but with a mindset for growth and continuous development.
Exposure to Certainty Advice, Bacharach, or values-based advice (advantage, not essential).
A natural ability to communicate complex strategies in a way that empowers clients.
Degree level minimum qualification in financial services or related field required.
Australian citizenship required for this position.
If you have existing clients to bring, great – but it's absolutely not required. We'll never ask you to poach clients that aren't yours.
