We’re seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Functional Manager to join a high-performing team. In this role, you’ll work with clients to design and deliver effective supply chain solutions within Dynamics 365 and lead a team of consultants to ensure the success of key projects.

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Melbourne - Open to all East Coast of AU applicants

The Role
You’ll lead supply chain workstreams on D365 F&O implementation projects – from requirements gathering through to solution design, configuration, testing, and training. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their operations and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency across procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution. Alongside this, you’ll guide and mentor a team of supply chain consultants while collaborating with project managers, developers, and functional colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities include:

Leading supply chain activities within D365 F&O implementation projects

Working with clients to map business processes (procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, logistics)

Designing and configuring supply chain modules within Dynamics 365 F&O

Managing and mentoring a small team of consultants

Supporting end-to-end delivery including testing, training, and go-live support

Staying current on new D365 F&O features relevant to supply chain operations

Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients post‑implementation

What we’re looking for:

Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or operations management (degree or significant work experience)

Demonstrated experience with ERP, especially Dynamics 365 F&O supply chain modules

Deep understanding of core processes: procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production planning, sales & distribution

Prior consulting experience and ability to lead client-facing engagements

Experience managing or mentoring a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel when required

Whilst this role is advertised as Melbourne‑based, we welcome applicants from across the Eastern Seaboard of Australia. This is a 12‑month contract with potential pathways to permanency for the right candidate.
