Marketing Technology Lead required to build and execute automated customer journeys for a leading financial services business in order to enable email journey tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Build scalable marketing automation and personalisation solutions
• Unify customer data with Marketo for segmentation and predictive insights
• Manage governance, performance, upgrades, and licensing across platform
• Ensure compliance with robust data models and consent handling
• drive adoption of the platform across the business

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to execute campaigns
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a relevant discipline
• Experience launching eDMs to a predefined subscriber list as well as new customer segmentation
• Customer journey mapping experience
• Business and process analysis skills
