About the role
Tenure: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Melbourne, CBD (Hybrid)
Lead a small, high-performing team to deliver impactful education projects and drive program development. You’ll work closely with College stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with real results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project activities and milestones, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
Shape and adapt project plans to meet changing needs and competing priorities.
Spot risks early, resolve issues, and apply mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Collaborate with stakeholders including subject matter experts, Trainees, Fellows, committees, staff, and external partners, to deliver strong results.
Guide the development of content and resources that support high-quality educational activities.
Support the design, rollout, and review of education projects and programs to ensure they deliver impact.

What you'll bring
Post-graduate qualifications in education, health systems/public health, or equivalent experience in training and education development in complex settings.
Expertise in curriculum design, education, and policy development, with an understanding of adult learning principles.
Strong skills in report writing and presenting to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Demonstrated success in leading professional teams in dynamic environments.
Experience in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.
Some of what’s on offer:
- Salary from $92,500 to $115,500 + leave loading and 12% Super.
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
- A paid day off each month for full-time employees.
- 12 weeks of gender-neutral paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
