This opportunity is with the government arm whose -house professional skills include construction management, design and construct, project management and quality assurance.

You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Project Manager that has been with the company for years, working with their existing clients.

Areas of responsibility:

• Management of trades and subcontractors on site
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
• Long- and Short-term programming

About you:

• You will be trade qualified with a stable career history within the construction industry
• Project experience up to $2M
• Strong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid-tier would be an advantage
• Previous experience working on Commercial or Residential projects is essential
• Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
• QBCC Supervisors Licence (ideal)
