• OO6/1 Supervisor - Maintenance & Upgrades HVAC
• $61.64 per hour + super

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to manage mailbox operations supporting air conditioning replacement projects across schools in South East Queensland. This is a hands-on coordination role within a fast-paced government environment, offering the chance to drive outcomes and support infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage mailbox communications related to air conditioning system replacements.
• Prepare scopes, quotes, tenders, and cost estimates for mechanical/electrical works.
• Liaise with contractors, schools, and senior supervisors to track project status.
• Handle school and contractor correspondence, condition reports, and repair/replacement follow-ups.
• Monitor internal/external communications and ensure timely responses.
• Conduct value-for-money assessments and ensure documentation meets WHS standards.
• Maintain records, manuals, and procedures while contributing to process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and support performance tracking via KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills, especially across Microsoft Office
• Experience within facilities/maintenance (highly desirable)
• Trade background in mechanical or electrical disciplines (highly desirable).
• Construction-related trade qualification (highly desirable).
• Current Blue Card or actively obtaining one.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
