About the role

EXM Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team based out of Oakey, QLD. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance. As the Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Work with, supervise and coordinate the work of the small construction crew to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and resolving any issues that arise

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid White Card certification required

Australian citizenship is required for this position
