Synergie Australia is seeking a Senior Supervisor for a government department in Longreach.

• Monday to Friday | Full-time hours
• $67.89 per hour
• Immediate start available with long-term opportunities

What you will be required to do:
In this role, you will plan, deliver, and oversee construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects across the region, ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money.
• Supervise office staff, field staff, and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently
• Manage resources including plant, equipment, depots, and vehicles
• Monitor project standards, costs, and compliance with industry best practice
• Provide contract supervisory services on major and complex projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners

To be successful in the role you will:
• Have thorough knowledge of building construction, maintenance legislation, regulations, and contract procedures
• Hold a current Workplace Health and Safety General Safety Induction Card (mandatory)
• Possess a construction industry trade qualification (highly desirable)
• Demonstrate strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
