About Us:

Live Construction (est. 2010) is a family-owned construction business that specialises in small to medium commercial projects and residential homes. For the last few years we have been focusing mostly on the residential side of the business, but with current market demands we have decided to renew our interest in the commercial space.

We are currently working on projects in various stages with a wide range of tenants such as Guzman Y Gomez, Subway, Pearl Energy, 7Eleven, and Imagine Childcare plus many more. Thanks to the high demand from our tenants and developers, we have a wide range of opportunities across Queensland and need to expand our construction team to deliver the projects.

This role we are seeking is a Construction Supervisor, who will be given the opportunity to lead our project in the Gold Coast region. The ideal candidate will have some experience managing a commercial job site (with backup from office-based staff and visits from construction management).

Have strong communication skills, both with internal team members and external stakeholders, be it clients and tenants or subcontractors and suppliers.

Are able to solve basic problems, with the knowledge that they can rely on the experience of other team members if required.

Understand that time management and forward planning is critical to a successful site, allowing the job to finish on time and on budget with a happy client.

Take pride in the product that they deliver, and do not cut corners on quality.
