About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned florist with strong leadership to help guide and grow our Perth floristry team. Reporting to our wonderful Floristry Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth, joyful, and high-quality operations.

This is a permanent part-time, on-site role based in Malaga – working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Your Day-to-Day will include:

Creating stunning flower arrangements that hit the sweet spot between LVLY’s signature aesthetic and your own creative flair

Supporting the training and mentoring of new florists

Stepping up as second point of contact, and first point of contact when the Floristry Coordinator is away

Supporting the Floristry Coordinator in managing stock flow including count-ins, rotation, and freshness checks

Keeping our warehouse clean, organised, and ready for posy magic

Jumping in with packing and dispatch when needed – we’re all hands in!

Championing our health and safety standards to keep the space as safe as it is beautiful

About You

You’re a flower lover with a leader’s heart and a can-do attitude. You bring sunshine to your team, rise to challenges, and genuinely care about people — whether that’s your co-worker or the person receiving the bouquet you just made.

Here's what you’ll ideally bring to our team:

Certificate III in Floristry (or higher)

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a florist

At least 1 year experience leading a small to medium team

Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills

Top-notch communication and organisation

A collaborative spirit — we’re all about shared goals and mutual growth
