As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to help us strengthen our brand, engage with clients and prospects, and support new business opportunities.

The Role

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working on everything from digital campaigns to social media, from creating eye-catching promotional materials to assisting with tender submissions. You’ll also play a key role in engaging with clients and prospects, supporting our business development team as we expand into new markets.

With flexibility to work both from our office and from home, this position suits a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys both creative design and client-facing work.

What You’ll Do

Create engaging promotional materials (social media graphics, brochures, presentations) using Canva or Adobe apps.

Manage and grow our social media presence with regular, engaging content.

Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns.

Keep our website and online listings up to date.

Support with tender submissions, proposals, and capability statements.

Engage with clients and prospects to build relationships and support business development.

Research market trends and new opportunities.

Track marketing performance and provide insights to management.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with sharp attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Practical design skills with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.

Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or service industries (desirable but not essential).

Understanding of ISO regulations (9001, 14001, etc.) is a bonus.

Experience with government tenders is a super bonus.

Strong client engagement skills; comfortable communicating with clients and prospects.

A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
