We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our projects, sales, and branding activities. This role will suit someone with marketing experience who is keen to gain exposure across a wide range of real estate and project marketing tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

Updating and maintaining company and project websites

Managing and scheduling social media content

Preparing and sending EDM campaigns

Managing residential and commercial property listings

Coordinating with external agencies on advertising campaigns and ensuring materials are ready on time

Supporting marketing events and activities

What we’re looking for:

Previous marketing experience (real estate knowledge an advantage but not essential)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with social media, websites, and digital marketing tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

A proactive team player with an eye for detail
