About the role

Johnsons Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team in our Liverpool, NSW office. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in supporting our family law practice and providing high-quality legal assistance to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents such as court applications, affidavits, and other correspondence

Assisting with the organisation and management of client files and case information

Liaising with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to gather information and coordinate case activities

Providing administrative support to the family law team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining detailed records

Contributing to the development of precedents, templates, and other resources to streamline the team's workflow

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a family law practice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficient in using legal research tools and computer software such as Microsoft Office

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service

Relevant tertiary qualifications or a Paralegal diploma/certificate
