We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join the Legal team, supporting Business Financing, Small Business Lending and Partnerships. This role works closely with senior legal counsel and stakeholders across the organisation, providing hands-on experience in transactions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation and review of transaction documentation, including ASIC and PPSR searches.

Support legal risk management, compliance and stakeholder engagement activities.

Liaise with internal teams and external legal advisers to progress matters.

Provide paralegal support on financing and small business lending transactions.
